Jovan Musk...Azzaro Chrome....Axe body spray!? Yes, even Axe! These were my first fragrances when I was a teenager and if I told you that it was love at first sight (or sniff 🙂 ) I would be lying to you!

I simply wore these because that's what all of my friends were wearing (and word was that the girls loved them too!) 

After my teenage years, I simply moved on. I didn't really care for wearing colognes and fragrances. 

It wasn't until my early college years when I met and befriended some international students from the Middle East that I became intrigued with fragrances. They all smelled good and exotic and their perfumes were way stronger and louder than anything I'd smelled at the local department store.

They gave me my first oriental fragrance, a concentrated oil called Hadeer and I was officially hooked. 

Fast forward a few years later and as fate would have it, I reside in the Middle East, a place where fragrances are as essential to the culture as coffee! 

Like anyone with a newly discovered passion, they dive in head first and I was no different. I quickly amassed a respectable sized fragrance collection and I became know as the fragrance guy in my circle. 

Soon, many of my friends would come to me seeking suggestions on which fragrance they should buy.

In addition to seeking my advice, they would often ask me what fragrance I was wearing at the time in order to inquire about getting it themselves.
